The VA Entrepreneurs Group meet each month (not including December) and is limited to only 8 people per group. Groups are starting in September and you will remain in your group for the 12 month programme.

 

Each full day monthly meeting gives every member of the group a brainstorming session to tell us about your business, goals and openly discuss your current challenges. This two-way debate provides clarity and new ideas to help you move your business forward.

 

Your group leader will facilitate the sessions and together we will discuss and propose solutions to your problems, for example:

 

- How do I attract more business?
- How do I focus my marketing efforts?
- How should I present my services?  

 

By the end of each session, you will have set specific goals that you would like to focus on before the next meeting. You will then be invited at the next meeting to start your session with feedback about your progress on the actions you have set yourself. This feedback helps you to drive forward with your actions and goals as you will be held accountable by the group for taking the actions you have set yourself.

 

You will find that as well as benefiting from your own session you will gain a huge amount through learning and brainstorming the challenges of the other members of the group. This is a collaborative and supportive group where all members will benefit from fellow members presentations.

 

2. Private call in times for personal support

Following each monthly session you will have a personal telephone consultation with the Group Leader to discuss your progress and any further issues that may have arisen.

 

This is your opportunity to learn from our experience, use us as a sounding board for ideas and gain our support and guidance when entering new and unfamiliar territory.

 

In addition you get unlimited email support from your Group Leader for the duration of the programme.

 

3. Exclusive TeleClasses for advanced learning

Take part in monthly TeleClasses that are open to VA Entrepreneur Group members only and are designed to give practical support for achieving your ambitious goals.
